Synopsis
Three roommates have now found more comfort in navigating their adult lives, however, it isn't long before that is threatened, after quickly learning of their witch ancestry. Things that were perceived as fantasy begin to transcend more into a reality they couldn’t have prepared for.
Our Review
12th house by Keimonte Spates is a visual appealing film, with excellent cinematography, immersive sound design, and a stellar cast that brings the characters to life. However, while the premise of three roommates with unrealized witch-like powers is intriguing, the storytelling could have been better. The film builds tension and mystery beautifully, but without a clear narrative, it feels more like a series of striking moments than a cohesive story. Despite this, its audiovisual brilliance makes it a captivating watch, leaving viewers impressed but craving more depth.
