This script Fido by John Norris Ray has strong potential as a short film or episode in an anthology series. It effectively combines horror with a coming-of-age narrative, leaving room for mystery and audience interpretation. With tighter pacing and richer dialogue, it could deliver an even more impactful and memorable experience. Sydney, a shy 16-year-old, is tasked with watching an elderly dog named Fido. Writer Biography - John Norris Ray
Writer & Producer from Los Angeles California. He currently resides in Houston, Texas. John is “semi-retired” after having been a CEO and Cofounder of a national fundraising agency headquartered in Ventura California. He is also the current CEO and Founder of a national billing support company. John began his business career after serving time in the US Army with special forces assignments in the pacific. Growing up in the shadows of Hollywood, and with in-laws in the film industry, he always desired to write and produce, but his business career took him on a different path. Now he spends most of his free time writing and running his independent film production company. He is happily married, has three adult children, and two small dogs who almost never leave his side. He is a frequent traveler who has been to 60 countries in the last 17 years.
