Synopsis:
How would we relate to ourselves at different times and distinct moments, in our lives?
A young man seeks an inhospitable and remote place to put an end to his life. A short life, but already full of failures, heartaches and frustrations. It ends up giving up. That's not for you. Prostrate and frightened by the act he was about to practice, he receives a call from himself 20 years in the future. The older “I”, disillusioned by giving up, asks him to reconsider, as a life full of difficulty and pain awaits him. Can our future "I" change our present? And our present "I" alters our past?
Our Review:
This film has a good story line & a strong message with very deep meaning to it. Diogo Tomas has performed exceptionally well. In a script where dialogues are so limited, the entire acting has to to be made up with just expressions. The cast has done justice to it 100%. The photography and cinematography is outstanding. Background score is notable. Hooking to the past or eager to know the future can kill the present. What matters is being in the moment. Great job!
